Process

Three Plus has consistently encouraged VRTP to be energetic and articulate in responding to issues regarding ride safety protocols. To counter sensationalist reporting on ride safety, Three Plus encouraged Channel Nine news to visit the park and prepare an extended report on safety protocols.

Prime time news anchor Andrew Lofthouse’s overwhelmingly positive report was heavily promoted on Nine and featured prominently in the Monday night bulletin.

In the immediate aftermath of the Sea World helicopter crash on 2 January 2022, Three Plus cut short a holiday to respond quickly to the crisis. We established a crisis response team and used the prepared crisis communications plan to effectively manage the response.

“Protecting corporate reputation is a roller coaster ride. Working with Three Plus has helped Village Roadshow Theme Parks manage issues and build our reputation.”
