Concordia Lutheran College, a leading private K-12 College in Toowoomba, needed to inform broad stakeholder groups about their development plans, intended to support the College’s growth. Plans included transitioning from three to one integrated campus, involving the closure of one campus and renovations to the other two. Three Plus worked with the leadership team to develop and implement a multi-layered communication strategy. A careful approach ensured information was delivered at coordinated times with opportunities to provide feedback.
Achievements
- Tailored collateral that communicated clearly with specific audiences.

- An in-person media briefing resulted in positive reporting from local outlets including The Chronicle and 7 News.

“Three Plus was invaluable in guiding the communications around our College’s master plan and has been pivotal in building community support. Our enrolments continue to grow along with the community support of the master plan due to the well developed and managed communications around the projects.”
