Three Plus’ media training session has formed an important part of our issues and crisis management. Our team welcomed Peter Kelly’s practical approach and strong understanding of the media. He focused our minds on the importance of key messages and taking control and also the ramifications of not performing well in interviews. The feedback from all participants has been extremely positive.
I would like to personally thank the Three Plus team for assisting to make our 120th Anniversary a great event. I’m convinced it was an excellent evening for our guests and our staff alike. That the evening ran so smoothly and that we had such a strong response to our invitations is something for which I am really pleased and give my personal thanks as well as those on behalf of Conrad Gargett.
Three Plus has a great ability to get genuine insights from the people they talk to. Their surveys give Deicke Richards a better understanding of our business from our clients’ perspective – our strengths and weaknesses. They prompt us to think deeply about our point of difference and identify opportunities that are useful to explore, both for us and our clients.
Three Plus showed a willingness to think beyond our brief, and recommend naming the building in honour of Sir Jack Brabham. Then they delivered on the idea, attracting Sir Jack, the Queensland Premier and metropolitan television media to create an event beyond our expectations. Three Plus’ innovative thinking means they are an organisation we will continue to use.
Mirvac Investments appointed Three Plus to provide crisis management and strategic communications for Hinkler Central after the devastating floods which closed the shopping centre from end Jan to mid May 2013. Three Plus was instrumental in the success of the rebuilding and reopening of Hinkler Central, and for Mirvac’s positive perception in the community of Bundaberg during this period. Since then, Three Plus has worked closely with the Kawana Shoppingworld management team during the redevelopment of the shopping centre.
Three Plus has been a key strategic adviser to Boral for the past three years on a proposed new quarry on the Gold Coast, near Reedy Creek. As the project’s Community and Stakeholder Engagement Consultant, Three Plus has designed and delivered a comprehensive community engagement program which has required multiple interactions with community members, businesses and business associations and politicians. The company’s approach to the community engagement program has been strategically developed and implemented with great care. Three Plus has been part of the Project Control Group for the Gold Coast Quarry project, playing a role as one of the senior project advisers. The experience and counsel of Three Plus has been invaluable to the project. I would be pleased to recommend Three Plus for any community and stakeholder engagement project.
