Mirvac Investments appointed Three Plus to provide crisis management and strategic communications for Hinkler Central after the devastating floods which closed the shopping centre from end Jan to mid May 2013. Three Plus was instrumental in the success of the rebuilding and reopening of Hinkler Central, and for Mirvac’s positive perception in the community of Bundaberg during this period. Since then, Three Plus has worked closely with the Kawana Shoppingworld management team during the redevelopment of the shopping centre.

Three Plus has been a key strategic adviser to Boral for the past three years on a proposed new quarry on the Gold Coast, near Reedy Creek. As the project’s Community and Stakeholder Engagement Consultant, Three Plus has designed and delivered a comprehensive community engagement program which has required multiple interactions with community members, businesses and business associations and politicians. The company’s approach to the community engagement program has been strategically developed and implemented with great care. Three Plus has been part of the Project Control Group for the Gold Coast Quarry project, playing a role as one of the senior project advisers.
